Bingo for the Brave is a fitness challenge built around 33 Hero WODs. You'll receive a blank 5x5 bingo card and choose 25 workouts to fill it. Between July 1 and September 11, complete the workouts and mark them off as you go. Once your card is finished, scan and send it back to us.

Here’s the twist: just like real bingo, we’ll draw the workouts at random, and the first person to hit a full line—horizontal, vertical, or diagonal—wins a Hero Barbell.
