Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Unfiltered Clothing Co. purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy:

Returns:

  • You can return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
  • All original tags must be attached and the items must be in their original packaging. If your item did not have tags upon arrival, please let us know in your return request email.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@unfilteredclothing.com
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process outlined above.  
  • Indicate the desired size or color in your return request email.
  • If the desired item is in stock, we will ship it to you free of charge. If the item is out of stock, you will be issued a refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on undergarments (e.g., sports bras).
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.
