I'm a mother to 4 kids and I've been doing Crossfit for 7 years. I'm no elite athlete but I'm pretty fucking funny. Crossfit has drastically changed my life in and out of the gym and I couldn't be more grateful. I have big dreams for this store so thank you so much for being here during the baby phase of things! It can only grow from here!
